What is the fee structure of Open Door Consulting?
Because we keep our overheads low our fee structure is very competitive. We work exclusively on monthly retainers in arrears that range from $2,000 per month to $5,000 per month plus GST dependent upon degree of difficulty, likely length of retainer, use of expert subcontractors.

The Open Door Consulting fee structure is decided upon after an initial scoping discussion with the client at our offices in Brisbane or their head office.

Interstate travel and accommodation is additional to the monthly retainer.

Open Door Consulting does not constrain a client in with time specific contracts. We are happy to be periodically reviewed on a performance basis so that either party can terminate the arrangement at the end of a given month.
