Which “fact” is an untruth?

Fact: All businesses have their commerciality/viability affected by Government legislation/regulation at the federal, state and local level – some more than others.

Fact: All businesses employ lawyers because they understand the law – they devise a legal structure that both protects and seizes opportunity for the business.

Fact: All businesses employ accountants because they understand accounts – they devise an accounting structure that both protects and maximises opportunity for the business.

Fact: All businesses employ strategy consultants because they understand the Government decision making process – they devise a communication strategy based on identifying key influential decision makers within Government, devise pitch and approach pathways to limit damage, identify commercial opportunity and maximise chances of success when interrelating with government/s.
